Rylee

If anyone knows Rylee she hates dresses. Now that she is a 7th grader some of there dances are semi-formal so we have been practicing wearing dresses. This is a little black number she wore to her etiquette dinner last spring. I do have to admit she looks really pretty when she want to.

X-mas

So who is ready for Christmas? Not me Not me!!! This is the time I hate. I wonder if I am forgetting anyone. Did I get enough gifts for others. Oh yea did I tell you that I HATE yes HATE wrapping presents. I usually take them to my mom (but I think she is catching on). Its Sunday and I am still stressing about gifts. How is everyone doing on the shopping and wrapping?

Hard Decisions

Does any one else have to make one in the next day or 2? Well I have to decide if I want to further my career at Vista or go part time to be a mom to Rylee and further my own personal career of..... that's the problem. I don't know what I want to do when I grow up. I have talked to Chris about going back part time and then going to school and there is the question again doing what when I grow up? Any Ideas??

Week In Review

Do you ever fill that this time of year all you are doing is running and running? This week was just like that for us. Between work, soccer and everything else I feel like I am drowning in all the day to day. On top of everything this week Rylee had an allergic reaction to the face wash we have been using on her face. So on top of everything else we had to throw in a doctors appt. The doctors appt wasn't bad but sitting at Wal-mart to get the prescription was the worse. So its Saturday and I bogged out of Rylee's soccer game. Does that make me a bad mom? Before you answer that we also have to go to SLC for a birthday party and then back to Ogden for a dinner theater. Can you say I'M TIRED!!!! Ok enough gripping I'm off to run run again.

Another Day

Rylee had her soccer game this morning against La Roca or as Mike her coach likes to call them La Choka. Rush (which is Rylee's team) lost 5-4 not bad. We finally put up our Christmas decorations. I will get pictures up as soon as I can. Hope every one is having a great weekend.

Week in Review

Finally its Friday....yes Friday. We had a very busy week, did anyone else? Chris as in Atlanta on Monday and Tuesday. Rylee had soccer on Tuesday Thursday and a game on Saturday. I worked tons this week. Well maybe not tons but it felt like it. Chris is working the day shift and hes not really liking it. We are almost done Christmas shopping only a couple more things to get. Rylee was told by her soccer coach that there are 18 girls practicing and training and by January he will need to cut 3 girls. We are keeping our fingers crossed that she is staying. Rylee has a game tomorrow and we will let you know how that goes.

Update

Hello Soccer Fans

Just a quick update on the day of soccer

At 11:00 we played Waves and lost 3-0
1:30 we played Champions and won 3-2
4:30 we played Bomber and Tied 1-1

Over all it was a great day for soccer.

THANKSGIVING WEEKEND

SOCCER SOCCER

Hi everyone we have been on the road for the last couple of days. We left home on Tuesday drove to Mesquite Nevada. We stayed at the Virgin River it was an ok room. Wednesday morning we got up and off to LAS VEGAS aka Lost Wages (as Chris likes to call it.) We went to Rylee's favorite stores the M&M Store and the Coke Store. We had our first adventure of Fremont Street. We stayed at the Plaza its an ok place for being so old. Thanksgiving was great we went shopping at the Outlet Stores in Vegas and found some great deals. Next off to The Orleans for Thanksgiving Dinner. After dinner we drove back up to St George, where we will be doing soccer for the next 2 day. Rylee's first soccer game is Friday at 3:30. Then we have 3 yes 3 games on Saturday. I will keep you all posted to the game results. Hope everyone had a GREAT THANKSGIVING and ate alot of turkey.

TWLIGHT

I know you have all heard about Twilight... Well tonight is the big night at 11:30 Rylee and I will be in the theater for the show.

My question to you.. are you an Edward or Jacob fan. Come on don't be shy tell me how you feel.

Well its Friday thank god. Made it through another week. On the 11th it was our anniversary... Yep 8 years married. Chris and I stayed at the Alaskan Inn up Ogden Canyon. It was really nice. Rylee is trying out for the Olympic Develop Program. We have two more try out dates. Tomorrow we will be in Sandy trying out and next week is Orem. I know what you are thinking.... Yes we drive all that way for SOCCER.

Rush Mayors Cup

Over Labor Day Weekend we were at it again. SOCCER!! Rylee played in to the tournament and her team won 2nd place.
